Before you fill in the Booking Form below, you must check that the Summer House has not already been booked for the date and the time that you wish to use the Summer House. Once you have found an available block of time you must also reserve it on this SimplyBook.me Calendar. PLEASE NOTE: Bookings are for one hour blocks. If you will be using the Summer House for multiple consecutive hours, you must book each hour block by clicking the Book More button. This is to ensure that the Summer House facility is never “double booked”.

Acceptance of Conditions for this booking

Booking Conditions

  1. If alcohol is served at this event, as the person making this booking, you are solely responsible for the responsible service of alcohol, and that alcohol is not supplied to anyone under the age of 18. The Body Corporate assumes absolutely no responsibility for any breach of the law with regards to the service of alcohol at this event.
  2. That noise will be kept at no more than an average of 70dB with a maximum peak volume of 85dB measured at 2m from the source.
  3. That, when leaving your event, your guests will not disturb other residents.
  4. That, should noise become an issue, you will adhere to any instruction given to you by any member of the Poinciana Vistas Body Corporate Committee, and, if you do not, that the Queensland Police may be called.
  5. That you will thoroughly clean the barbecues before you leave.
  6. That you will leave the Summer House area, including the toilets, and the swimming pool area, in a clean and tidy state.
