As the Lot Owner who is being visited, you are responsible for the conduct of your visitors. As the Lot Owner being visited, you are fully responsible for any damage that your visitor may do to Common Property or the Lot of another Lot Owner. You also certify that your visitor is a bona fide visitor who does not usually reside at Poinciana Vistas. Confirm Email

Enter the email address that you want the Visitor Parking Permit sent to. When you receive the email, please print it and give it to your visitor for them to place on the dashboard of the vehicle so that it is clearly visible from outside the vehicle at all times that it is parked in a visitor parking bay. If our Towing Contractor cannot see the Permit, the vehicle will be towed and you agree to pay all towing and storage fees.
