Our swimming pool is maintained using a state-of-the art fully-automatic filtration and chlorinating system, that adjusts the amount of chlorine and acid in real time, to ensure a crystal clear pool throughout the year. We use a robot to clean the pool of leaf matter every second day. The robot also scrubs the pool floor and walls. The pool is also checked and serviced each week by a professional pool maintenance company who replenish the salt and the acid and ensure that the automatic system is functioning properly .
Gourmet barbecuing
We have two hooded barbecues, each with a grill and a solid cooking plate on which residents can cook up a storm … either high-heat “flame grilled” or low-and-slow cooking. Users clean the barbecue after each use. Our general maintenance person thoroughly cleans the barbecues each week and the barbecues are professionally cleaned and sanitised every year.
Entertaining Area
The barbecue area is covered by an open-sided pavilion we call the Summer House. It has one large table and two small tables with fixed bench seats, giving seating for up to 40 people. Residents can also bring their own temporary chairs into the area, if needed, There are also padded outdoor armchairs that can be supplied, if needed, for a resident’s event.
The swimming pool is located next to the Summer House and Barbecue Area.

Our Common Property gardens and lawns are maintained regularly by a professional landscape gardening company.
The lawns are fertilised, weeded and top dressed to keep them in first-class condition all year round.
